A custom Shopify build for a well-established outdoor clothing retailer, taking them from marketplace-only sales to their own branded storefront.
Portstewart Clothing had built a strong reputation selling premium outdoor brands like Regatta, Dare 2b, and Craghoppers, both in their Portstewart retail shop and through marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. But marketplace selling had its limits, and past experiences with website providers had left them wary. They needed their own branded e-commerce platform, built right the first time.
We delivered a custom-built Shopify site from start to finish, covering design, site structure, and policy setup, along with payment methods, shipping integration, and returns handling. The site was built to be fully responsive and fast, with quick feedback throughout the shopping journey for a smooth, trustworthy user experience. We also added local click-and-collect, so nearby customers could order online and pick up in-store the next working day.
